Ingredients
chicken Marination
- 350 gm boneless chicken
- 2 tsp redchilli powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp maida
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
For the Sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ginger chopped
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 tsp redchilli powder
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp orange rind (orange skin grated)
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt if required

For the Sauce

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with ingredient under marination for 1/2 hr. Then fry them out and keepaside.
- In a pan add oil ,chopped ginger and garlic saute well then add in redchilli powder and cook until raw smell is gone.
- Then add in tomato sauce,soy sauce,lemon juice ,orange juice,orange rind mix well.
- Mix cornflour with water and add to the sauce mix combine well then add in fried chicken mix well untill well coated.
- finally add in honey and mix well.you can add sesame seeds if required.
